They've definitely grown closer, even though they've taken their leadership-roles back. Very adult of them, come to think of it. Stark contrast to Lee/Kara.

Yeah, I guess that's one of the things Bill's trying to say with the speech... They all went soft (Lee just took it a step too far with the fat-suit), and it's time to get back to business...
