Hee, I'm glad you liked it. Too bad it didn't really happen... or did it? dun dun DUN! Seriously, I find it sad that it never gets mentioned that Gaius and Kara had a thing... particularly once she died. I mean, did he react to it at all?

And the pestle symbolism is ALL rose, cause she's an evil genius!

In fact, I remember her babbling on like a brook and such, talking about water and swimming and all sorts of aquatic sports. Must've been you she was calling for, clearly.

I'm glad you liked Baltar; it was my first time writing him so I was nervous. It's a lot easier to write him cracked out though, since he so often is on the show...
