Yea, they joked about that at the Comic-Con panel in 2008. "Earth's a shithole, the end... byee-eee!" *facepalm* ;)

Fabulous recap!!! I remember being so happy when they found Earth - all the scenes cutting to everyone whooping and hollering, kissing and being so frakking happy after having been dealt so much misery for so long.... I might've gotten a bit teary-eyed. And then to have it ripped apart was so harsh.

And the scene with Lee about to execute his Dad's best friend. Guh. My heart broke for both of them at that moment, but I don't think I ever felt as much pride in Saul Tigh as I did then.

Yeah, I kinda liked this episode. I also kinda hated it. Which was probably the point.
