Yeah, Mr. Moran tried to convince us that we should spend as little time sleeping as possible. He said, "gentleman, why should you spend a third of your life tossing and scratching yourself." I said that was a bunch of BS at the time, being a believer in the mantra of moderation in all things. It would be interesting to try though
