There is an old quote from some old movie that goes "love means never having to say you are sorry" Bullshit on that. If you are male, love means always having to say you are sorry, but never meaning it. Translated I'm sorry only means I screwed up and I don't have anything else to say but some stupid phrase that is supposed to make you melt and

If love means never having to say you're sorry, then I don't think anyone in this world has ever been in love.

In the same token, I wish there were words for different degrees of 'sorry' because I agree, sometimes 'sorry' just doesn't cut it. I guess for now.. we just have to accept 'sorry' as the apology word. In context - "Look, I SAID I was sorry, what else do you want me to do??" But unfortunately, I don't know what else to tell them to do. ::sigh::

Exactly... I hear I'm sorry I screwed up I don't know what else to tell you, how can I prove to you I'm sorry. Some situations just speak for themselves and there isn't anything anyone can do. ::sigh::
