Found in the tomb of Djehutynakht and his wife (10A) at Deir el-Bersha, Egypt, in May 1915 and excavated by the Harvard University-Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition. The whole contents of the tomb were given to the Boston MFA by the Egyptian government and might have been destroyed when the ship carrying them caught fire on the way to Boston in 1920, but thankfully the artifacts suffered only minor water damage.
