It has been rather cold lately, and by rather, I mean very. One of the first things I noticed when I moved to Scotland was how peaceful it is. I remember looking at a website that claimed to show how much crime there had been in your area in the last month, and I thought that it was broken because there had been no crime reported in my area in the last couple of months.
