It's the kind of movie you should watch when it's raining out and there's nothing else on tv. It comes out on DVD next Tuesday, but I wouldn't bother renting it- I'm sure ABC Fam will replay it at some point.
Yeah, the whole party thing was a bit disturbing. They were being quite cavalier about the whole potential rape thing.
It's sitting in my DVR. I have no idea when I'm going to find the time to watch it. I hope I don't read this before then and ruin it for me. :( I tend to do that, all the time.
I did catch part of Meagan's comment though, and it does amuse me that "Paige" and "Darcy" tell her to go with a guy at a party.
Why would you even click on the link then, Mal? Have you no self control?! :) Seriously, though, it's pretty predictable. My comments don't really ruin any big plot points!
And, when you do watch it, pay attention to how they treat the whole rape thing...it's kind of weird.
I like cat people too. And the whole "My hands are sweating" thing was kind of adorable. As far as substance goes, I'll take that from Robbie. And I agree about the soap opera. We could throw him on General Hospital, or what's the one Allie watches, As the World Turns? It would toughen him up a bit, give him a chance to flex his acting muscles (if, you know, he has any of those underneath that swimmer's body)
Yup, the movie was like a patchwork quilt of every teen movie that came before. Don't forget Mean Girls, especially when the nephew lifts up his shirt while watching that Girls Gone Wild DVD. So original.
Yeah, ATWT. Lots of people from the fandom watch it. Shellie, Cath, and...I think four others? Possibly more. *shrugs* There's a kid who he'd be perfect to replace when it's SORAS time for him. Look up Mick Hazen, he's who I "cast" as Trevor's younger brother at first in ATMMW, but he plays this character on the show who's tied in with the main characters...plays hockey, it supposed to be REALLY good...his dad is currently doing his girlfriend's mom who just happen's to be his uncle's kid (the girlfriend, not the mom...). Girlfriend's name is Liberty. *coughcough*
Haven't seen it yet. I really want to, but who knows if Shan will still have it on DVR the next time I go there. *sighs* We were supposed to watch it together yesterday, but she had to work. Again.
I thought what I saw was pretty funny, but I agree with you on a lot of the negative stuff you said.
Honestly I couldn't really keep up with the story, but I wasn't paying that much attention. I just remember really laughing so hard at the concert scene!

LMAO. I was flipping channels and came in at that part, so I immediately wigged and changed it back to my dad's crappy original Sci-Fi channel movie.
But, I'm glad there were some good parts. Maybe I'll watch the whole thing! :D

Trust me, it's nothing too exciting. No biggie if you don't watch it.
