my manager let the team leave work early today, because of the threat of rain and ice. i gladly obliged with his request, and after a quick stop at a crowded grocery store, i was home by four thirty pm. what did i buy at the grocery? two bottles of red wine, hummus and pita bread, and red grapes. this should last me two days if the ice gets bad ( Read more... )

The ice wasn't actually all that bad, but I've forced myself to be "iced in" because I like the notion.

Well, I finally logged my first LJ entry. Yes I'm a slacker. But it's done now. I'm committed. Now I have to done something as an entry every day or so. EEEK!
