So, you must know that I am a pure, basic chenzel lover. All those permutations that get tossed into the mix are fun, but I remain focused on the original coupling. Then again, there has been so much written about Kendra that I made it a priority while here in NYC, to get tickets for The Receptionist. Kendra's first vehicle after leaving "the show ( Read more... )

Don't be...I have been away from the best city in the world for 2 years because of family obligations....now I am bust'n loose! BTW, in your comment to Kelinswriter you mentioned Julia's funny stories about Kristin. Got any links to those or steer me in the right direction? I think Julia is sooo funny. You can bet I am looking around every corner as I roam the sreets here to run into her. She is in a benefit in 2 weeks, but I will be back home. Damn, I wanted to see her do her witch thing. I will just have to wait for the next gig. Thanks for reading my LJ. BS

Hey there. Few questions. How much are tickets and if do you think that I would be able to get tickets if I rush them the day of? That way they are only 25 bucks, but I don't want to risk it if you don't think I'll be able to get them. If you can pass on any ticket advice that would be most helpful. thank you.

My ticket was $75 bucks, but I got it on line weeks ago. I would make a phone call to the BO and ask about availability, as the house was packed, if not sold out. The Friday before, as I walked by on the way to something else, Oh, that was WICKED!, there was a throng infront of the theater. 212-581-1212 11am to 8pm e-mail at citytix@citycenter.org
Good luck. I would love to compare notes with you!!! BS

Thanks SO much for the report! It seems you're having a blast so far. I can't wait to see "The Receptionist", and to get... "discomforted" as you say :P
(She already "discomforted" me in Glinda costume, go figure)

You are so funny. You should write a funny fic. You always make me smile or laugh. Thanks for reading my LJ. It makes me feel good that I have pals all over that have the same interests as I. We know which interests those are, don't we? I love NYC. I am so comfortable here that I fell asleep on the A subway coming in from the airport. I woke up at the Port Authority exit, and i was supposed to have gotten off and transfer downtown to the C and go to 23rd Street. How can a person fall asleep and end up on the wrong end of town? I'm just lucky that my purse, computer case and suitcase were still with me. What a dolt I am! Got to get my rest now...Spring Awakening tomorrow and more walking all over thinking chenzelly thoughts! TTFN BS
