- For a black & white icon the image pops out, there's enough contrast. The text is amazingly done, the colored text works really well and caught my eye.
+ The text was a great way to follow the theme, it was creative, the colors are complimentary to each other and adds to the b&w image, which was done wonderfully.
+ great use of b/w then the bold colouring of the text

- The icon lacks a lot of contrast; the image looks pale and washed out. Also, the text placement seems odd... it doesn't fit.
- The blob of color doesn't work with the overall icon, it's better if it's either all color or all b&w. The color that is there is very muted and it doesn't pop out to me. The crop is a bit awkward, so is the text placement.
- its not bad persay, but compared to the rest its the least quality. the text overshadows the icon especially with the drop shadow, and the black and white looks awkward and doesnt really add anything to the icon

- That brownish layer you've put over everything has really dulled the colors and made everything too dark.
- the icon seems a little too dark..it needs to be lightened up a bit.
+ The typography looks awesome. The overall composition is really good, I like the simplicity.

+ the image is nicely sharpened and has good coloring. and the color of the font goes well with the image. and i like the coloring effect used for the font.

- There wasn't a whole lot done to the image (or so it appears), there's nothing eye-popping about this icon. The font used doesn't fit and some letters are even hard to see. Perhaps a better font would have made this icon better.
- the colouring of the font blends into the image making it difficult to read
- the text doesn't stand out and the Icon is too Dark
+ Beautiful crop, colors and the text is done well. I especially like how her hair obscures part of the "b".
+ its just beautiful and the font choice and placement is perfect
