Just updating after another long pause
My new job enters its 6th week of training. We have a supervisor now that is beating us over the head with "RevGen" aka revenue generation. Not a big fan of selling stuff, however I can do it if I think it is actually a good idea. What I don't want is this guy trying to fake kiss our collective asses about doing it. It is our job, we will do it

I would be nervous about taking calls too... but I am sure it will go fine, and your like the master of manners (and I am not kidding about that), so you will be good at it.
