Thanks for the update.

Are any of the issues ones that can be shared for discussion amongst ourselves?(i.e. on an "if they eventually say *this*, then maybe we can deal with it this way; but if they say *that* then we might have to do so-and-so instead" kind of basis)?

Not really at this stage. The points on which we're seeking clarification are fundamental. We're keeping our fingers crossed. :)
