I tend to agree with you. I think Bill, like most people, is very good at not seeing what he doesn't want to see. Forcing him to actively think about Kara's position in their lives would bring out grumpy Bill.

Ah yes, the unforgivable sin. Not all like threatening to airlock Kara or knocking her around when she's already down. They're just one big happy (dis)functional family. ;-)

fought, frakked, been estranged for over a year, had an affair, saved each others' asses more times than they can count, supported each other against the universe, and they share a moment of understanding before exchanging passionate goodbyes.

wow, when you condense it all like that... I'm amazed they even have a smidgen of chance left. ;)

Also... PRETTTTTTY!

It is kinda surprising but then you get to the last 3 and I think that's what keeps them coming back. In some 'beyond insane' way they really do love each other.

And yes ARMS! and PRETTY!

Speaking of relationships - How do you think Lee feels about the burgeoning relationship between Bill and Laura? At the end of season 3?you know, i've thought a lot about this and it is one of the issues I wish the show would have dealt more with so far ( ... )

I've always sorta figured Lee would be more laid back about a relationship between Bill and Laura than Bill would be about Lee/Kara.

In the mini Lee says his mom's getting remarried and eventually we find out that his relationship with her wasn't all that great either. So I don't really expect Lee to feel betrayed/ get too worked up over by Bill/Laura.

On the other hand I think Bill has come to consider Kara his daughter but it stems from them bonding over Zak. I think Bill would feel (at least initially) that any type of romantic relationship between Kara and Lee was a betrayal of Zak's memory and that's not something he handles well.

I think in the end you're right, the Adamas would (if they were able to be successful in these relationships) end up having more respect for and a closer bond with each other as they commiserated about the pitfalls of being with strong women. ;-)

I don't believe Lee would have issues with the relationship from a personal level, but I could see him having concerns about a there being a more intimate relationship between the Office of the President and the Leader of the Military. Lee is Captain Democracy, after all. *g*

Interesting! I do think Lee has often worked from a position of being daddy's little soldier without realising it. He gets away with all sorts of things because of being The Prince. Good job he's so pretty.

He is pretty; hence the slightly gratuitous use of the towel pic. ;-)

I'll agree that Lee gets away with alot, but I'm not quite sure it's because he's 'The Prince'. I think a lot of people on Galactica get away with more than they should (given my understanding of general military rules of conduct): Kara, Helo, Tigh, even Dee, Tyrol, etc. I think the question I'm trying to raise is: Does Lee really get special treatment from Bill for being an Adama or is Bill giving everyone quite a bit of extra room in order to try to keep his best assets during such a frakked time?
