yeah i make them.. um.. go to crafster.org and go to the stencilry board and there's a couple different posts that'll tell you how to make them..

the sewed ones.... i just made. without any direction from anything.

the black paint is DecoArt SoSoft and the blues are both Tulip Soft Matte colors.
