btw "stupid question" how i can use the PS action ? i never use that before :/

you're welcome.

save the action, then open up ps.
Go to you´re actionwindow and click on the arrow.

´Load´ actions and go to the map where you saved the action.

After you did that just click on the play button and you´re done
