So my mom forwarded me an e-mail from The Learned Owl (the stereotypical quaint small town bookstore in Hudson) about the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This just made me realize my friends have licenses now & this year we're going to the movie at midnight & hopefully getting the book at midnight.
I'm so excited to preorder mine.

That's really nice of the Learned Owl. Maybe you could preorder it and just not get it until the morning? Would you really start reading it at midnight?

...oh yeah, she would definitely start reading the book at midnight. She started the last one the minute she got home with it (2-ish in the morning), read it non-stop till the book ended (like, 5 hours later) and then started rereading it. The question now is will her altruistic side win out over her need to get the HP book ASAP?
