I'm working in a clean room this week, which means I have to wear one of those onesie bunny suits you used to see on the intel commercials. I wish I could bring one home, not only is it the highest of geek fashion it is rather slimming as well.

Off to Denver, not looking forward to the 8 hour drive but, I'm looking forward to it.

Working on the east coast with old guys means It's 5:30 here  (3:30 in salt lake!) and I'm going in to work. I'll never understand why the closer these guys get to retirement the more they find it necessary to wake up at an ungodly hour.

I had a fried peanut butter and banana sandwich for dinner last night, I drove past Graceland today, the engineer at the plants' name is in fact 'Cletus', I was told that I am a real "coon ass" (I'm not sure if that was an insult, compliment, or some kind of racist remark, either is possible, neither is sensical), and I can't understand two words ( Read more... )

Something like this is a good start

I came to two conclusions today, 1.I really need to practice my welding, I am the suck of sucktown, even with a gas/mig. 2.Slag burns hurt a lot more than I remember.
