6.) If you could live in any time in history, what time period would it be and why: the eighties. i love the music and movies of that time. the fashion choices were a bit questionable, but i would have loved to hit the clubs and seen some of my favorite movies in theaters.
7.) Tell us a little about your heritage: not really a lot to tell. i'm a quarter italian on my dad's side and a lot of other things on my mom's.
8.) Favorite book(s)? assassination vacation by sarah vowell, the dexter series, and the jessica darling series (well, the first two, anyway).
9.) Favorite movie? sin city, dogma, most disney movies.
10.) Favorite quote? this mind, this body, and this voice cannot be stifled/by your devious ways/so don't forget what i told you/don't come around/i've got my own hell to raise. - sleep to dream, fiona apple.
11.) How do you want to die?: not painfully.
12.) Do you have any special talents? i've danced since i was about five (i've taken modern, jazz, hawaiian, and studied a little of hawaiian and tap) and i've been acting and singing for as long as i can remember. i'm told i'm a good author. i work hard.

In your group of friends, where do you stand (leader... follower... comic relief... etc): according to my friend, i'm a second in command type person. i'll step up when leadership is needed and no one else can do it. i say what needs to be said, i'm straightforward, but i don't boss people around.
14.) When you imagine yourself ten or fifteen years down the road, what do you see yourself doing: i honestly don't know. i would like to be living in a city on my own, somewhat financially stable and working at something i love to do.
15.) Which is more important to you? Love, or duty: love, or it would be if i believed in it. (i don't in the romantic sense.)

If you were a color, what would you be a why: purple. aside from it being one of my favorite colors, i think it would represent me well - approachable, but enigmatic. kinda mysterious. and i can go dark or light. (wow, how poetic of me.) also, it's a good combination of blue, which is mellow, and red, which is passionate.
