Kind of a silly question.

Does anyone remember Xander ever drinking or talking about a name brand soda?  Like Coca Cola, or Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper or Pepsi?  Or even a brand that's original to the series?  Do we ever see anything in the basement or in his apartment, or maybe in the cafeteria at school that might lead us to think he has a favorite

In 'Halloween' he goes to the drinks machine and presses the Dr Pepper button. When that doesn't work, he hits the Coke button second. He seems to think about it for a while, though, before choosing - suggesting he maybe doesn't have one single favourite drink. Or the school cafeteria doesn't stock his real favourite.

Also in 'Bad Girls' he describes himself as "highly caffeinated" before a test - which could mean coffee, or Mountain Dew; Coke or Dr Pepper. I don't know if any of the really high-caffeine energy drinks or things like ProPlus were around back in those days?

Oh, this is all good. I went with Dr. Pepper, because it was my first inclination, even before I started telling myself I should double check. No idea if I was actually remembering it, or if it just struck my fancy, but I'm going to say I knew what I was doing. *g*

I think Red Bull is that old, but highly caffeinated could mean just about anything, couldn't it? Thanks so much for the notes - I'll write these down for future reference.

He definitely definitely drinks a bottle of Surge in "Killed by Death". I'll never forget that. Surge was the best.
