It was business as usual. Except, it wasn't. Not really. Even though he had spend the night with Jack. They had just slept. *Just* slept. Which was... somewhat of a novelty for Ianto when it came to that bunk. Or rather, that bunk with Jack in it. He had often found himself falling asleep on bed while he spend time in that room. Nostalgia eating away at him ( ... )

Jack looked up with a smile as Ianto entered, as if on cue, with the much-anticipated cup of coffee in the blue and white striped mug.

"Thank you," he said, already reaching for it.

And he hadn't missed that 'sir' creeping back into conversation, which dismayed him a tiny bit, despite his good mood, because the previous night had been... intimate. There was something about just sleeping beside someone that felt, to Jack, more intimate than sex.

"Like you read my mind," he joked with a grin, taking a sip. It didn't take much mind-reading, after all, to surmise that Jack would want coffee in the morning. Ianto's coffee in particular.

"Anything going on yet?" he asked, glancing out the window at the still quiet Hub. More to the point, he wanted to know if anyone else had arrived yet.

After getting patched up at Owen's, she got home in the wee hours of the morning. She crawled in bed beside her fiance, who refused to look at her. That may have been a good thing since she had no idea how to explain the wound on her arm ( ... )
