20 the old fashioned way

This is primarily for Bad Monkey and Cubby.  This is an old fashioned routine called the 20 rep squat.  It's primarily designed to give results when you're a hard gainer, like I am.  Andreas, is not, but he started out this way, and is still basically applying it, with great results ( Read more... )
