I realized somethin the other day

When I meet someone I assume two things

1. They are liberal
2. They are sexually active

Now thats not to say I treat them different or get mad when I discover they're not...but I am always suprised to find out someones a virgin or conservative...

when i meet people, especially here, i automatically assume they are conservatives, or in extreme cases, yuppies. and i've learned that conservatives are often sexually active as well. even the religious ones.

granted there are a lot of people who might fall into the category of "liberal" in this town, but there aren't enough to justify the shutting down, or haulting the building of a starbucks or mcdonalds.

i try not to identify myself with labels of "right" or "left" because they seem limiting. but i will still claim that most san diegans lean to the right by their own choice. i mean, i think this can be said for all americans, but some cities also seem more "liberal" than others. i wouldn't know because i've only lived here.

Nor am I saying what I see reflects reality.

I just take it as a given that in most cases you are a liberal slut ;-) Not quite that bad, but you get the idea

I realized it the other day when i found out my friend's a republican who plans on waiting until marraige. It shook me up a bit, I was like...wow.

Then I realized, well yeah based on the comments he's made in class he is pretty conservative, and he never said anythin to imply he was sexually active so I really shouldn't have been so suprised.
