Yes it does, at least on the days students regularly leave and arrive. They usually come about once every half hour.

Or you can do what I do and call people that have a car. Call a lounge and you can send other people to find a car for you! You can then put on Benny Hill music and imagine them scurrying around... uh... but I normally just call 1 person and then give them some cash for gas/food

Hm, that is a good idea... may not be worth the cash investment though. Also, I don't trust these roads and I don't want my friends on them.
