Make sure you can dedicate a lot of time to it, I guess. It's amazing but beginning was...is really, really difficult for me and I don't really expect it to get any easier. (Of course I could just be doing it wrong/having no talent/having no discipline, but Korean is said to be a difficult language to learn as a foreign language, so ones needs time, more time, and the will not to just give up - I think.)

Korean is worse. A lot worse, especially for beginners. Unless they speak Hungarian. )= (Hungarian and Korean grammar are similar enough to make it a lot easier, I've been told.)
