it really bugs me when your getting your nails done and the chinese people are talking in the background and you just KNOW they are talking about you....so rude...lol..

The fastest way to fix that is turn twards them and say "Hello" with a smile in Chinese.

i know.
i was thinking about learning chinese and when they said something funny or something about me i would start laughing or say something to them..lol.

The key is to say as little as possible. Just let them know (or think) that you know what they are talking about.
