Out of curiousity do you feel more intelligent when conversing with people who are intelligent?

'Cause I always feel better about my intelligence when I see mass stupidity.

Maybe that's because I'm not that smart.

I like conversing with my intelligent peers, i.e., students in my class at school. I really feel inferior talking to people who are older and more intelligent than I am, unless a comfort zone is established immediately.

But when I talk to people far less smart than I am, I sort of feel like I'm lecturing them.

That was probably a much more detailed response then you were expecting.
