You know, the friendly part caught me off guard as well. It's not like they have a reputation for this! lol But when me and K camein July, it was the first thing I noticed. Then when me and mom showed up here last week, she also noticed it right away. IT sounds strange, but it's true. I went to Starbucks a couple of days ago. Now in any SB in ATL, Douglasville, etc, you know the employees are very busy either with work or phone calls and friendly is not what they are known for. But the one I went to on Braodway was amazing. They were just as busy as any atl SB, but they were asking where I'm from and telling me welcome to NY, telling me I should make them my reg coffee stop. It wasn't some fake requirement, it was sweet. I can't get over it! Then of course, a few of my classmates are NYers. And they are about the friendliest ones! Anyway, I got your VM, but I dropped my phone in the toilet so it isn't working right now. I will call as soon as it dries out ....lol Miss you! Love you! MiChelle
