Taking the day off from the meme to deal with life. Because, yes, I totally need the extra stress. I really wanted to get up this morning to find out that my monthly benefits was shorted by $350. I figured you might have some ideas we hadn't thought of yet. XD;;

1. - tried United Way Friday, but the office here has certain days that you have to call, so we're calling them back tomorrow. I never realized thy helped with stuff like this, too.

2. - I'm going to check into this. I'm not sure I qualify, cuz my Medicaid isn't medical, it's ONLY to pay my Medicare premiums. But it's certainly worth looking into to keep this from happening again.

3. - Again, the certain days thing. I don't think you have to be Catholic to get help from them, either. I think it's more like a missionary type program, in that they help whoever needs it, regardless of denomination.

4. - Ooh, now this one I didn't know about. Most definitely will be checking this one out.
