yes we should have the death penalty in extreme cases like a serial killer that definitely did it, or for terrorists

No we should not have the death penalty....I think they should have to die in there jail cell...that way...it will be a slow death and they can think about what they did...even if they still dont feel bad for doing it in the end.

Umm...yeah keeping someone in jail for life only costs from 50,000 to 80,000 dollars and killing someone with the death penalty costs about 2 million but i think the money is well worth it if that person gets to die. But i think the death penalty should be more harsh.

i used to think we should have it then i was in mr. b's class doing a paper and it was on the death penalty. and some of the stuff on there is shocking...so i dont think we should have it because people are killed and then sometimes found innocent...and they kill minors and the death penalty started in 1642!...thats long enough that we have been killing people and we need to stop...
