Opinion on something;
Death penalty: I don't think there should be a death penalty. It seems like a cruel and unusual punishment to me and that's unconstitutional. Even though people do bad things, they shouldn't die; they should be locked up and counseled. Plus, sitting in jail might be tormenting for them so that could be a more reasonable punishment.
