For those of you already on my friends list, ignore this. For those of you who want to be, comment so I know who you are. My journal doesn't hold the meaning of life, far from it...but I do like to keep tabs on who has access to it, for my own peace of mind.

That "ahoy" doesn't say nearly enough about FMF. He is the delight of my friends list!

Except I sent him a present and it seems to have vanished into thin air! (Which is a reflection on the awfulness of UPS, you understand, not FMF, but does lend a certain melancholy tone to my thoughts of him. I think "FMF - present - lost - loss - UPS - deception - perfidy..." &c.)

You didn't happen to save the tracking number did you?

Marlo will probably see this and comment on her own, but I know she mentioned not being able to see the post we were talking about where you told the story of your car breaking down the other day. I'm not sure if that was a specific filter or just friends only, but if you don't have her added, you may want to. yeah it was a long time ago...basically it's because I'm too lazy to mess with filters and I don't know why, but I wasn't 100% comfortable with you reading my journal.

As you know I treat my LJ as a personal journal rather than a random interesting things journal, and some things you said/did in the past in relation to me made me decide that while I like you and find you a fun person to talk to (when our paths cross, which I know is pretty rare), I don't at this time feel comfortable letting you into my life/head as much as my LJ allows.

I hope this makes sense, I know you're not an "OMG I H8Z U" kind of person so I hope this won't be a drama/awkward when we next run into each other!

It nakes sense. All you are saying is, we are friends but not like super duper BFF ,and some of it is more personal then you'd want to share with someone you wern't better friends with. I didn't take any of it as bad or any negative towards me. We don't get a chanbce to hang out much, and as such aren't as good friends as we cold be if we did :) No Worries. I was just concerned that maybe I did something wrong, since I have always been nice to you and think you are a wicked cool person when we do get a chance to see each other. :)
