I was wondering if any knows of the author Jodi Picoult... I am looking to get into more books. If anyone has any reading recommendations, please pass them along. Thanks! :)

Picoult writes sappy melodramatic chick lit. I can't stomach her books at all. She makes me sad and queasy all at once.
Are you looking for brain candy fluff, paranormal romance, erotica, sci-fi, horror, comedy, or what? If I know what you're wanting to read and what you've liked before, I can make better recommendations.
Love you!

honestly I'm just looking for something new... light reading... paranormal romance would be cool :) I got into Nicholas Sparks and a little Stephen king... I even tried getting into the twilight series... but I just couldn't.

Please help me form being bored as hell! thanks :)

Patrick Rothfuss - Name of the Wind - epic fantasy, book one
Jennifer Roberson - Karavans - fantasy, romance, and GYPSIES! (book one)
Jennifer Roberson - Deepwood - Karavans book two
Austin Grossman - Soon I Will Be Invincible - comic book villan cliche done funny
Alan Campbell - Scar Night - Sci-Fantasy (book one)
J R Ward - Dark Lover - book one of the Black Dagger Brotherhood, vampires, paranormal romance, and lots of steam!
Patricia Briggs - Moon Called - urban fantasy, werewolves, action, romance
Carrie Vaughn - Kitty and the Midnight Hour - urban fantasy, werewolf radio show, lots of fun
Anne Bishop - Daughter of the Blood - high fantasy, darkly sensual, book one of the Black Jewels series, possibly my favorite series

I'll leave off for now with that run. Let me know when you need more. Love you, sweetie.

I would recommend My Sister's Keeper. Yes, it will make you cry, but it is one of the best books I have ever read.
