Hi, all. I'm using my Christmas Lights icon because it feels like it's practically next year already, and I haven't posted since... my birthday? All is well on the home front. My due date was Friday. My family has started a pool to see who can correctly guess when I actually deliver. I know my dad's money is on the 8th -- his birthday. Everyone

Thank you! I have been sneaking peeks at your posts in particular. I get the impression that the new job is working out more or less according to plan, after a rocky start. I hope so, anyway.

let's see, news. Well, Bryce is almost five months old and growing like crazy. Sterling is anxiously awaiting the six month mark because he is positive Bryce will be ready to eat sweet potatoes by then and he wants to feed them to him (Sterling's first food was sweet potatoes at six months). I think if it was positive to simply will Bryce to show all signs of readiness for solids, Sterling would do it LOL

I don't know how you can handle all the cuteness, between the baby-baby and the would-be grownup. I will try not to post the really cute pictures, so as not to add to your overwhelm. :P

Overwhelm me!! I love cuteness :p If you want to see some of my cuteness, I posted a few pics here and there in my journal--not that you really have time right now to cruise my journal looking for pics LOL But if you get a sling and learn how to nurse in it, cruising the internet is a good way to spend those early neverending nursing sessions :D I didn't have a good sling with Sterling but I splurged and got a great one with Bryce and woot! It is terrific :D (I have the SlingEZ, a ring sling that is very versatile. B is way too big to nurse in it now--his head doesn't line up with the nipple anymore--but when he was smaller it was fantastic)

I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how the baby was coming along -- you definitely have to keep us updated when she gets here! I expect many, many blurry photographs. :D

What's that supposed to mean? Blurry photographs... Hmph. I'm not going to be taking pictures of her at the side of the road as I drive by, you know.
