Technically.. even if the cookie crumbles.. you can mix it back into a batch of new cookie dough.. bake it.. and make a new cookie out of it (which still has old parts of the old cookie in it.. but it's new.. and different).
BUT DON'T FUCKING DO IT. That cookie was meant to be crumbled. :)
