Who: the Doctor, OPEN
What: Exploring, and giving flat "what"s to everything. Yeah.
Where: Around the main Network islands, pretty much - hubs, residential zone etc. Just say where in your subject.
When: After exploring the labs.

There was only one word the Doctor could think of to describe this place, and that was "ridiculous." It had gone so far beyond weird and skipped impossible so completely that "ridiculous" was clearly the best. This place was steadily sapping all sense of logic he thought he had a solid grasp on, and every time he had the chance to think something came along to distract him.

"Bubbles don't work like that!" he found himself saying aloud, internally smacking himself for lecturing the lake of all things. "Air bubbles don't become like soap bubbles! That's just, it's just, well, it's stupid! This place is stupid! You, stop that right now!" And he pointed an admonishing finger at the offending water source, which completely ignored him.

A bit put out by this lack of response, the Doctor neatened up his damp shirt collar and carried on along the bridge, reminding himself not to lecture anything else that couldn't help being bizarre and unnatural.

The place was ridiculous, yes, but how was he supposed to get out? There was no sign of the TARDIS whatsoever, and he didn't particularly feel like sticking around until he became as the Void. Not really. Well, okay, there was that drive to explore and learn about this weird place. That, however, could surely be put aside.

Surely.
