A/N; Hope you all like the story. I just wanted to write something funny for a change. I've been too busy writing drama and heart break, so I need this. Leave feedback, good or bad. Just let me know what you think. I was thinking about turning this into a series. Like 5 times with Edward and Bella, but it all depends on how well this story does.

The first time I spoke to Edward Cullen was when he asked to borrow a pencil from me. I remember the day exactly. It was raining outside (shocker) and we were in Biology class. My partner, Emma hadn't come to school that day so I was left on my own to do our science project. Nowadays, Emma never really came to school. There was a rumor going around that she was pregnant, but I didn't really believe it. Emma was too shy to get knocked up, as was I. I'm not exactly what you call a social butterfly. In fact-
Oops sorry. I just got a little off topic. Back to Edward Cullen.
I was in the middle of dissecting a frog, when he turned around, leaning over my table. He was beautiful, and that’s a word I rarely associated with a man, but Edward was indeed beautiful. His eyes were an intense green, hair an usual bronzed color, which always seemed to be tasseled, a mess on top of his head.
He smiled a crooked smile at me and asked, “Do you have a pencil I can borrow?”.
Did I just orgasm?
His voice was so soft, so velvety smooth. It made my heart melt into a puddle of goo. I started at him, blinking a few time before snapping out of my Edward trance. He probably thought I was a weirdo for staring at him. But how could I not? He was just so sexy, and that body of his was to die for. I'd die for his body.
“Are you alright?”, he asked.
I nodded dumbly, handing him my one and only pencil.
“Thanks”, he smiled one more time before turning around.

The second time Edward Cullen and I spoke was at some party for the hospital. Charlie drug me along with him. Something about us suffering together. I’d watched Edward play basketball in gym with his shirt off that day and I was still on a high when Charlie brought the news to me, hence the reason I didn't refuse. And I couldn't tell Charlie that the only reason I agreed was because I was fantasizing about Edward Cullen at the time. That would just be weird on so many levels.
Like I was saying. It was three months after the last time we'd spoke, December. I was standing off to the side, shying away from the party, avoiding all conversations. But that however didn’t last long because the old lady that always calls Charlie about her cat being stuck in a tree, Mrs. Hargrove came over to me, asking about school and my future. We didn't talk long due to the fact she accidentally spilled her small plate of food on my sweater. I rushed myself to the bathroom to wipe away the stain.
After doing the best I could to remove the stain, I excited the bathroom, venturing towards the balcony down the hall. That was when I noticed Edward Cullen.
He was standing near the far end of the balcony, arms across his chest. He looked so masculine, a statue in the wind, guarding the world around him. My heart rate increased and my breathing become ragged. That was when I made the mistake of stepping closer. To my unfortunate coronation, I slipped, closing my eyes, waiting for the impact, but it never came. Instead the warm feeling of another body and two masculine arms surrounded me.
“Careful”, Edward smirked teasingly, his green eyes glowing. This man is a God!
When he'd placed me back on my feet, I bent my head down, avoiding his intense eyes. My face burning, a blush no doubt covering my entire body. “Thanks”.
“It was nothing”, he shrugged, walking back towards the railing.
Trust me Edward. It was something.
“What are you doing out here?”. I followed him to the railing, trying to sound nonchalant, but I could hear the crack in my voice.
“I just had to get away from the party”, he confessed, staring out into the twilight. He glanced at me, noticing the stain on my shirt. “Miss your mouth?”.
I blushed furiously at his teasing words, then giggled like the idiot I became whenever he was in a 10 mile radius of me. “Mrs. Hargrove spilled her appetizers on me”.
Edward laughed a magical laughed, and I could have sworn my heart stopped beating. “Happened to me my first party, too”.
“Edward, there you are. Your father is looking for you”, a small woman, Edward's mother I presumed called from the doorway of the sliding glass door. She smiled at me then waved, and I did the same.
“See ya”, Edward told me before following his mother down the hall.

The third time Edward Cullen talked to me was a week after the second time. I was in the library after school, sitting at the far back, reading a romance novel by my favorite author. I'd been on the school's waiting list for the book nearly two months and it was finally my turn to read it. But I was having a hard time focusing because of the constant chatter coming from the other side of the bookcase. Crawling towards the end of the mahogany book holder, I peeked around it. That was when I saw Edward Cullen and Jessica Stanley in what looked to be a heated discussion.
There was a rumor going around school that Edward dumped his girlfriend of a month for the new foreign exchange student, Tanya. The one with perky breast even though she refused to wear a bra.
Seriously! Have they not heard of bras where she's from?
When Jessica saw me eavesdropping, she rolled her eyes then snapped, “Seriously, geek, do not have anything else to do?”.
My face flushed with embarrassment. Not because I was afraid of Jessica, or even offended by her words. I was embarrassed that they were said in front of Edward. I dropped quickly out of sight. I tried my hard to focus on the book in front of me, and after a couple of minutes I did. The book turned out to be a good one, the male lead, Donavan, reminding me of Edward. He was described as handsome, body of a God.
Yep. That was definitely Edward.
“Hey”. I'd know that voice anywhere. I looked up from the book. Edward Cullen was kneeling in front of me, a crooked smile on his face.
Say something, Bella! Say something, anything!
“H-a-i-a-y”. What the hell was that?
Oh, God he's laughing at me. “What are you reading?”. With shaky hands, I raised the book in front of my face, showing him the cover. “Romance novel?”.
I nodded, placing the book back in my lap. Why wasn't that I could talk to him in my dreams but not in reality?
“I actually came over here to apologize for what Jessica said to you”. He was sexy and sweet. This man was a officially the best man on the Earth!
Oh, wait! I'd always thought that.
“She's a bitch and don't let her get to you”. I just stared at him, his face so beautiful and pure. They should put him in a museum somewhere, let the world be in awe of his perfection. But that would mean I'd have to share him with the entire world! It was bad enough all of Forks witnessed his beauty, and now other woman and even men from all around the world would see him, too, marveling in his beauty, fantasizing over what was mine!
Grrr. Scratch the museum idea. He needs to stay where only I...and the rest of Forks unfortunately could be in awe of him.
“...I just don't know what her problem is”. Oh My God, he was still talking.
“Neither do I”. It seemed like the most reasonable response. I assumed we were still talking about Jessica, although I don't think it's a good idea for me to be talking about her with him, while I'm fantasizing about me and him, in bed, sweaty, with chocolate sauce.
His mouth was moving, but I had no idea what he was talking about. Oh how I wished that mouth was somewhere else, preferably on my body.
Snap out of it, Bella! This is you chance to talk to him. “She's never really liked me, I guess”.
“That's because Jessica doesn’t like anyone that's prettier than she is”, Edward pointed out.
Did he just say I was pretty? He couldn't have. But he did. Did he? Only one way to find out. “Yeah, but why does she dislike me?”.
He laughed. My heart stopped beating. “I just told you.”
“But, I'm...I'm prettier than Jessica?”.
“You should really look at yourself in the mirror more often”. He laughed once more, reaching out, caressing my cheek. My face turned bright red, the feeling of his hand on my face sending electric shocks though my entire body.
His hand dropped from my face, then stood. “See ya”.

The fourth time I talked to Edward Cullen was during a party for our graduating class. My friend, Alice, convinced me it would a good idea to attend the party. I agreed, because A: Alice is very good at convincing me to do things with her, and B: she just wouldn't shut up about the party. I was starting to get a headache from her constant chatter. So there I was, standing in the kitchen at Mike Newton’s house, cup of water in hand. I wasn’t one for beer, and whenever I went to a party with Alice, Charlie would always be waiting at the door with a breathalyzer test. Alice was in the living room, grinding against Jasper Hale, the new boy she's been crushing on since he moved to Forks last month.
When Edward arrived at the party, it seemed as if the entire world stopped (or at least the party did) everyone's eyes (and mine) following him as he and his brother, Emmett, walked though the front door. I hadn’t talk to Edward since that day in the library and because of the semester change, he was no longer in my biology class or gym class. In fact, I hadn't really seen Edward (of course there was always my dreams) much since then. I watched Edward from across the room, bumping fist with his friends and side stepping sluty girls.
Take that, Jessica!
I noticed Emmett pointing towards the kitchen, and that's when our eyes met. We stared, my heart pounding through my chest. His crooked smile that I dreamt about every night appeared, his intense green eyes staring me down. He was walking toward me now.
Oh, God! Oh, God! Oh, God! Here he comes.
“Hey, Bella”.
Ahhhhhhhhhh!
“Hi, Mike”. He reeked of beer, musk, and corn nuts. How the hell do you get that smell on your body?
He brought the plastic red cup to his lips, sucking down more beer with a loud slurping sound. I can't believe I held his hand in the first grade. “I'm so glad you could come to my party”.
How I wish I hadn’t of come. “I am, too”.
He raised his cup to mine, hitting the rims together. “A toast to the end of fucking high school!”.
Well, that was classy. “What you said”. I pointed to the drunken fool, before walking away as fast as I could. I really hope he didn’t decided to follow me.
I ended up on the back porch, facing the twilight. The party was loud behind me, music coming from all rooms of the house. I wasn't sad about leaving high school like most people I knew. Sure, I would miss my friends and the security high school brought, but I was excited to get out in the real world, experience new things. Alice always told me that I was going to be the one to succeed, the one that goes the farthest out of our graduating class, and I believed her. I would always picture my life outside of high school and away from the confinements of Forks.
“I didn't know anyone was out here”.
I turned to see Edward Cullen behind me, closing the sliding glass door behind him. When he noticed it was me, he smiled. “Hey, I thought I saw you”.
I smiled back. “I saw you, too”.
He walked forward, placing his hands of the wood railing. “I saw the disaster you had in there with Newton”.
I groaned, throwing my head back. “Don't remind me”.
“That bad?”, he laughed, and I nodded. Oh my God! I was talking to Edward Cullen and it actually felt...natural! “You know, I was actually surprised to see you here”.
I was surprised to see myself here. “I am, too”.
“You just don't strike me as a party girl”, Edward admitted, looking me up and down. My heart stopped. “You seem like more of a bookworm”.
He was right. I was not party girl, and I did enjoy reading books on a Friday night. “There is nothing wrong with a good book”.
Edward laughed, turning to lean his back against the wood. “What's your favorite book?”.
I smiled, saying the first thing that came to mind. “Wuthering Heights”.
He leaned close to me, his mouth close to my ear. “That's my favorite, too”.
That was when it happen. The kiss. His mouth was on mine before I could register the fact. My heat stopped beating, my knees gave out, and my head went blank. All I could see, hear, or feel was Edward. His mouth, his hands, his hot sexy breath.
“There you are!”. Damn you, Alice! She winked at me, sending a glance towards Edward. “I hate to interrupt, but Charlie wants you home. Something about hormonal boys and you getting pregnant”.
I was going to kill her!
“Bye”. Did he even hear what I said?
“Bye”.
iiiii.
The fifth time I talked to Edward Cullen was the summer before I was suppose to leave for college. Alice was already gone, starting the schools summer program, which meant I was left in the empty town of Forks all alone. I decided to do some shopping in Port Angels. There was still some stuff I needed for school. Like new pillows, comforter, and bathroom accessories. I rarely did my own shopping. That's what Alice was for, but unfortunately she was at school, leaving me to shop for myself. When I mentioned it to her, she said something about it being a good experience for me.
I was in the local Wal-Mart looking for a decent bedroom set when I saw Edward. I didn't notice him at first because he was wearing a hat and sunglasses, but he took the sunglasses off to get a better view of the merchandise. He was standing at the far end of the aisle, optioning between pillows. I hadn't seen him much after the party. His family supposedly went on vacation before Edward went off to college like me. But that didn't mean I hadn’t thought about him. Ever since the kiss, I couldn’t get Edward out of my head. Well, I couldn’t before the kiss, but this was different because I now knew what it felt like to have his lips on mine and it felt damn good.
I watched as he felt the pillows for softness. How I wish I was those pillows. “Bella, hey!”.
He was smiling, walking towards me. “Hi. I thought you were out of town”.
“I am out of town”, he laughed, running a hand trough his hair. You see, he was joking, because he is technically out of town because this isn’t Forks just a few miles away. It was far from being funny, but I laughed anyway because of he sexy.
We stood there for a moment, silence falling between us. It wasn't the uncomfortable silence you usually find between two people. It was comfortable, real, something I'd never felt with anyone before that wasn't my mom or Alice.
“What are you doing tonight?”, Edward asked.
Hopefully you. “Nothing, as usual”.
“You want to maybe do something later?”, he shoved his hands in the front pockets of his jeans.
This turning out to me my day. First, the cab rumbled to life without any hesitation. Second, I found a great parking spot. Third, there’s a sale today, and lastly, Edward Cullen just asked me out! At this point I want to jump up and down in the isle, then start dancing.
He’s waiting for answer. Answer him, Bella. “I’d love to”.
Edward smiled that crooked smile. “Cool. I pick you up at Charlie’s house around eight”.
I sent the next couple hours high. An Edward Cullen high that is. I floated around the house, hurrying with the chores I promised Charlie I would do. He stopped letting me clean up the house once I graduated. Something about needing to do it on his own. I dug through my closet for a decent outfit. I'd put most of the clothes Alice brought me in the back, there was bound to be something good in those old bags. There was no way I was going out with Edward Cullen in my old jeans and converses.
I was glad that Charlie wasn't home when Edward drove up. I left him a note saying I was going out with friends, and wouldn't be home until late. When I got into Edwards silver Volvo, he smiled, telling me I looked nice. I'd decided to wear a black skirt (not too short), blue blouse and flats. Edward ended up taking me to club in Port Angels, where Paramore were playing. We sat near the stage, eating and talking until they came up on stage. I learned a lot about Edward during that time. Like he was a boys scout when he was younger, but quit when he was ten. He and his family went camping every year during the summer when his father had time off from the hospital. I learned that he played the piano, his mother giving him lessons after he'd left boys scout. I also learned that he and Emmett were very close.
I told him about me, how I'd lived with my father mostly all my life. I told him about Renee (my mother) and how she lived in Florida with her new husband Phil. I explained to him the reason I wanted to move away from Forks, and how I was going to miss Charlie a lot.
Everything with Edward felt to natural, like we'd been talking to each other our entire lives when in reality this was the fifth time we'd ever spoken. I learned that Edward was more than just a beauty. He was a sweet, caring, and loving person.
Our date was over around midnight. We ended up leaving the club because of over crowding. Instead, Edward took me to a spot in the woods, a little meadow that shined in the moonlight. We talked more, laughing at random things, sharing our likes and dislikes. When Edward dropped me off home, he leaned over, kissing me. I kissed back, his lips so smooth and soft against mine.
“I guess that's you cue to leave”, Edward pulled back, the porch light flickering on.
Why now, Charlie? “I had a good time”.
“Me, too”.
“Bye”, I smiled, getting out of the car.
“Bye”.
