I don't think I would believe everything a drunk person tells me. Because while alcohol does not make a person dishonest, it may give him false desires.

I've never said anything while drunk that I didn't truly mean. I always tell people to believe me, and they seem to. Maybe they're humoring me.

I know exactly what you mean. I did, and do, the same thing. Get very drunk, and tell people things I wouldn't normally tell them. It's always true, though.
