I actually like the tune of the French anthem, and not knowing French enough to be able to stand a normal-day conversation, I'd say all summed up, IT'S A PRETTY NICE AND GORE ANTHEM, YES.

Don't they? Europe is full of weird Anthem. Have you ever read "Fratelli d'Italia"'s first stanza? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE but it's so very pretty.
