I feel awful and depressed but I don't know why. People are talking to me on MSN and I don't really want to make contact with anyone at the minute. My head's throbbing my eyes hurt and any noise above a whisper is making me dizzy. I can't sleep, my food intake is forced and everythings meshing into a big blur in my head
