I wonder if this show was related to the book "Miniature Books: 4,000 years of Tiny Treatures" by Anne Bromer. That is by far my favorite book on miniature books, very informative with excellence actual size pictures of dozens of books.

I'll have to find a copy of that. Have you looked at the author's website? She has a couple of catalogues of miniature books.
