I've been thinking for a while that I will try go vegetarian for at least a week. It would be just over a year since I started cooking vegetarian meals and realising that dinner isn't dinner just because meat is the main ingredient.

What exactly did you do with the feta? I'm allowed feta once a week, but although I have a few recipes I'm not so keen on the idea; I think the flavour will be too strong. But what's with the feta in that dish?

Japanese food in general can be good for vegetarians...you should have a look around and see what Japanese restaurants are around you. Also, tofu is yum.

Because feta is salty it gives flavour to the dish without seasoning. Also gives a bit of texture as well. I've used it in stuffed portbello mushrooms as well but Oren doesn't ear cheese my use of it is rather limited.

Yeah, one of my recipes talks about mushrooms and stuffing, I might have to give that a go. I eat so many mushrooms, it's ridiculous. :D

Smart phone is not so smart.

I didnt really like the stuffed mushrooms but tgen i have a problem with their texture anyway. Feta is just nice in a salad too, its hows the greeks do it. Are you allowed potatoes?
