Today's my 30th birthday. I certainly don't FEEL 30...

I got a big 'ol slow cooker (from my parents) and a big 'ol cheque (from my grandma)!
It's time for stews and roasts! whee!

The big slow cooker came with a mini slow cooker as well!

I am way more excited about the wee slow cooker. It's totally a fondant* melter deally like we use for donut icing at work. It's way better than a pot on the stove for keeping chocolate at the temperature you need without burning it or getting it hard.
