My computer is giving me trouble again and this time it doesn't seem like it's a software problem...It will not boot. I can turn it on, the power supply and fan comes on, the CD drive blinks, but there's no sound from the hard drive. I just hope it's not the drive that's failed. I had this happen to me, it turned out my motherboard died. I seriously hope that's not the case for you, though!!
