Since meeting on the shuttle, it's been nagging McCoy why Kirk seems so familiar. Sure there's the whole Kelvin thing, but that's not it.

At some point Kirk explains the odd jobs he used to take to make some money, random handyman stuff, dishwasher, and a embarrassing stint as an underwear model.

McCoy realizes he's seen Kirk's ad, hence the familiarity. And he'd totally wanked to it.

Bonus points if this leads to not sex but masturbating together with Kirk having McCoy narrate/demonstrate what he did and what he thought about, and Kirk of course can't resist joining in and jerking himself off too.
