So, I got the bad news that My girlfriend was "cheating" on me, at the dance. She was on top of another guy "kyle". This makes me mad. But until I hear from Maria.. Its propaganda.

Its basically like, the info given of an advocate of the event. In this case, he's saying..Until he hears from Maria, it's just an observation from someone who thinks it's true, whether it may, or may not be.
