I am updating my blog in response to a very nasty blog by Jay condemning all of the people to hell that don't update regularly. I don't update my blog because there is rarely something new for me to say. Finished my semester, looking for a job with no success, and playing Neverwinter Nights is pretty much a summary of my life at the moment

There's two sides to the issue. On one hand, posting without content is pointless. I agree. On the other hand, if you don't generate content, you'll never post. So really what I'm saying is that you just have to decide where you are. What your content actually is, and who your target audience is.
Without knowing that it's just running around in the dark.

Your poetry, for one is a good source of content that I enjoy from reading this.

Wow, I don't know what's funnier - that you actually posted in response to that call-out of mine, or that I never actually noticed you did. :)

Ryan's right though, the poem is something unique (well, amongst our circles anyway) that you can offer your readers. If you were to post more up here, you could be creating content in a sense - it could inspire you to write more poetry...positive feedback can be rather inspiring, if past experience has taught me anything.
