Work, School, Life, and the Real World

As i'm led to believe by the older people in my life, things are going to be more challenging when we finally reach that place outside of school that we call the Real World. I'm optimistic about that though. If the punches are harder, we should take some form of mental Akido so as to take advantage of the forces throwing themselves at us.

My favourite topic in University English was gender; perhpas I might be able to offer you some information should the topic bore you too much.
Also, I envy your luck to be taught by Dionne Brand.

Don't be so envious about the Dionne Brand professor thing, she is very tenacious and chips away at her student's patience. She keeps people on their toes and challenges and smirks at everything. These are not negative teaching qualities, but she is nothing like "What We All Long For" would have people beleive.
