I held off telling people this, because I wanted certain friends to be told personally by a certain someone. However, my girlfriend and I have broken up. I'm pretty sad about it, but I'm totally accepting of it and totally understanding of the reasons. Reasons I'm not going to get into here. I honestly think we'll remain close friends

sorry to hear that..my boyfriend and i actually just broke up and are going through the same thing...keep your head up...it's hard but it's always better when you can be friends.

I'm sorry to hear this but I am glad that you will be able to remain friends. It's nice to see that there is a friendship that can remain though everything. I'm going though a tough spot with my boy right now and we have discussed ending things. I often wonder if we would be able to remain as close friends or not. It speaks volumns if you can. *hugs*
