I had a ring that I wore for over 10 years without fail, never once took it off.

I gave it away to a friend, because i needed to get rid of it. I never cried harder because of some so stupid.

It was my mother's ring giving by my father. From Peru. It needed to be given away so i could finally get over how he treated us.

It was good therapy.

It's not that the ring meant a lot to me, it's just i wasn't ready to forgive him and move on. It was def holding me back
